WICHE’s 10th edition of Knocking at the College Door, which projects the number of high school graduates out to 2037, was released on a webcast on December 15th, 2020. Incorporating reported data through academic year 2018-19, this edition provides a much-needed glimpse of what graduate rate improvements have meant for the number of high school graduates between 2010 and 2019. The data illustrates the changing landscape through projections for K-12 enrollments and high school graduates from 2020 to 2037.
